Today I received a phone call from your receptionist regarding a missed appointment. Despite informing her that I could be there in less than 30mins ( more like 10 ) I was bluntly told no. Furthermore, I was informed that in the future, a $50 deposit would be required to book an appointment. I am absolutely shocked by this policy, which doesn't seem to account for unfortunate circumstances that can prevent clients from attending their appointments.
