I've been going here for all my skin care post Covid time and had pre-purchased dermapen (approximately $300 left). Since the shop has been reopened from Covid, I contacted Alexia (calls and messages) to make an appointment but to my dismay after calling and messaging, I received a message of when I would like to come in and I can to reply immediately but then got no response since and have been ignored. Have had many laser treatments in the past and this one was by far the best. Fast, thorough and very professional. Alexia listened to previous shortcomings I’d experienced at other clinics and ensured they didn’t happen here. Would definitely recommend The LaserLounge Westlakes.

Cannot fault Alexia and the Skin Basis Laser and Skin Clinic team, always go above and beyond for clients and very knowledgeable in the laser and skincare field. All services provided are completed with the utmost care and attention to detail. As someone who has previously tried other laser and skincare clinics, after moving to Skin Basis and seeing the difference in quality in the services provided by them, I would never go elsewhere.

I wouldn't trust anyone else but Alexia for my skin concerns. She puts my worries at ease. She is professional, funny and knows her stuff. I love the location too!
