Highly recommend Imen for wellness facials and Denny for massage therapy. Both are super knowledgeable about their specialty and truly tailored the experience to my needs, which elevated both the facial and massage well above the usual.
From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed and relaxed. The spa is beautifully decorated, clean, and has such a calming atmosphere. My wife visited the Skin and Wellness Centre for the Deep Pore Cleansing & Acne Facial, along with a waxing service. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the expectations set by their website or the $180 price tag. The facial was advertised as thorough with no downtime, but the technician left the room several times, which made the process feel disjointed and inattentive. I had the most amazing facial with Stephanie Brewer at the Skin and Wellness Centre! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. Stephanie is incredibly knowledgeable and takes her time to assess your skin’s needs. The facial was both relaxing and effective—my skin was absolutely glowing afterward.
