I had a very large lump under my eye and was terrified to have it removed. I had seen previous Doctors who I felt didn’t take my fears seriously. Dr Ksharma and Dr Bill were fantastic in treating me. I felt so at ease and cannot recommend and thank them enough !
My husband Colin had Michael long cut out a basal cell carcinoma off his shoulder, he never said he was going to cut into the muscle, it was so painful when he did it, he was in pain for weeks and now has nerve damage and continual neuropathy in the arm and hand. When telling Michael he wasn't concerned and didn't say anything, will never go back there, have read many negative reviews and this is another one, they don't seem to take any responsibility for their mistakes and the patient has to suffer..... Beware!!!!
