Great company, always easy to order with them! Just recently, their customer service manager, Claire, went the extra mile for an exhausted mum trying to purchase specially designed Toothbrushes recommended by a special needs dentist, for her autistic sons, when she wrote to our Plan Manager to provide extra info about the toothbrushes when they said they were not an NDIS funded support. A small gesture but it meant a lot to us as they could have just cancelled our order but instead tried to help. Thank you.

Very grateful for this facility. I wanted to view items before purchasing. Nice to be able to actually walk in and see a variety of good quality products. Easy access and parking just outside the door, very fair prices too! Friendly helpful staff on entry.

I am amending my original reveiw as I have since been contacted to try and resolve these issues. I am happy to review the rating as an effort has been made to resolve this. Very disappointed with the lack of response and information given to parents when trying to book in for group school holiday therapy and also term group therapy. I have now however been contacted to try and resolve the issue. Seems to be a lack of organisation by senior management. Management have now contacted me to try and resolve the issue.
