Zero stars.Nightmare!! My mom was admitted 4 days ago. Her TV is broken. Refused to move her to another room. Said we had to wait for a work order. Still no TV. She called me at my work and she was crying. Said she kept asking for help to the rest room, finally soiled herself. Still an hour after that, no one came to help her. Second time this happened. Do not send your loved ones here. They do not take care of their patients AT ALL. My boyfriend left there with 3 bed sores. That was in August and he's still hospitalized due to the severity. Stay far away from here. Not to mention, the nurses and case managers add patients on social media and have entirely inappropriate relationships with them. Will be contacting an attorney for malpractice and negligence.
Was visiting my mom last Friday and while I was there I saw the most unprofessional behavior from the administration with her dog. I believe this is a place of business not a dog shelter.my mom is terrified of dog’s. Very unprofessional to let a dog run around a facility unattended.
Great place to recover. All staff was caring & helpful. From Activities staff and Linh .Nursing all get an A +. I recommend this place to anyone! Thanh you Skies!
