Three stars for the customer service, because she was very kind and attentive. But it felt rushed on my eyebrows, only going through one time with the wax and hurriedly picked at them. I asked for her to go in again because it still looked the same. Then I was charged a little extra. I think I’ll give grace because maybe brows aren’t her favorite thing to do and she wasn’t rude; but this location for brows is overpriced compared to what I normally pay. So I was honestly expecting a bit more.
My technician Caroline was amazing with my pedi. Even offered great tips for foot care.
