Missy Amato is simply my hero! In September, 2025 I had a total left knee replacement in Dallas TX by a great surgeon. That left knee replacement surgery followed a cycling accident in July of 2024 where I broke my left hip and had a surgery where a rod and pins were put in hip by a great surgeon in Steamboat. Really impactful deep tissue massage with Rachel. I’ve been experiencing really severe lower back pain for over a month & have seemingly found pretty fast relief with a very deep tissue 90 minute massage with Rachel followed by rest, hydration, and hot soak. Definitely one of those massages where it’s important to breathe through discomfort & it’s worth it!
Have seen both Jenn and Troy several times as part of my ACL surgery rehab program. Highly recommend. Very friendly, knowledgable and encouraging. Nice clean studio, good vibe. They listened to my concerns, helped me modify my daily exercises, encouraged me to start branching out to classes at OTHS. Love Jenn's little dog Lucy who was often there watching me and entertaining me. Most importantly they helped me (physically and mentally) get back on the slopes earlier than expected!

Troy is truly one of the best physical therapists I’ve worked with. His enthusiasm to get you back on your feet alongside his realism made for an amazing experience. He’s easily accessible outside of your 45 minute session and genuinely cares about your progress. Would recommend him to everyone looking for a PT in steamboat.
