I took my daughter’s snowboard in for waxing. The young man said he could do it right away if I wanted to grab a coffee however I chose to pick it up the following day. Today when I went back I asked if he would mind carrying the board up the stairs and to the front door of the shop as I was having an issue with my back. When we got to the front door he asked where my car was parked and carried it right out and put it in the car for me I was so appreciative for the above and beyond service. Thank you!
I can’t say enough good about the amazing staff, especially Jade & Elliott I bought a set of skis and boots at the end of last season, and when I finally got out on them, they had some major pinch points that I didn’t notice during the original fitting (my bad) I brought them back in for the fit guarantee and they were stretched out, which improved the fit, but it was still not great. I’ve been a loyal customer of Ski Tak Hut for years, purchasing lots of gear, gifts etc. Also purchased multiple pairs of Stance socks under the assumption—repeatedly confirmed by their own store reps—that the lifetime guarantee would be upheld at a store level. I even checked with them twice over the years to ensure this was true before confidently making my purchases. Fast forward to today: that guarantee is now meaningless. Ski Tak Hut is the best spot for all things ski and snowboard! They have an awesome selection of gear, and the service is top-notch. Logan in the boarding section is a super rad dude, he knows his stuff and always gives great advice. We get our gear tuned here every year, and the service team is friendly, skilled, and always on point. Highly recommend for all your winter gear needs! ❄️🏂
