I question the site because it is outside of the lines of eco, the-house, backcountry etc. I still order a board (Arbor Westmark 2023) that was sold out in every other site and sure enough it took about 8 days but it just arrived. The customer service was excellent after calling to confirm the order. It definitely has a local feel and not like you are engaging with a huge corporation. 10 outta I would recommend a friend. If you are wondering the same. Give them a call.
They are extremely dishonest. Beware of buying anything here.
I orderd Sorel boots off of there website and wore them twice for minimal hours. The piping started peeling off! They said it was normal “wear and tear”. Pretty ridiculous when they were barely worn. When I tried to get the issue solved, NO ONE was able to help me. It was a huge waste of money and I’m so disappointed!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible Customer Service - Shop Elsewhere! – I surprised my girlfriend and bought her a snowboard. Sadly she wasn't interested to learn. I brought the unused board back with a receipt and they denied me a refund because it was 2 days past the return window. My girlfriend was on a business trip for 2 weeks and I didn't think it'd be a problem since it was unused. I explained all of this yet they refused to refund the board.
