Team was great, brought extra boots and fit everything to our needs. Skis were ready to go next day. Drop off was easy and convenient. Completely seamless!
Super easy & convenient, ski equipment was very comfortable. They were on time to deliver.
Super responsive and communicated well, but I think they are understaffed. Had a hard time coordinating changes. My boots weren’t comfortable and it was really tough to get them back to get different boots so make sure your first fitting is perfect. Otherwise. Good equipment and service overall.
The crew at ski butler was incredible. Very friendly, very helpful with a lot of knowledge. Everyone there was a class act.
Everything was as expected, and delivered at the agreed time. Highly recommended.
