Ski butlers is amazing! I’ve used them twice now up in Beaver Creek. This last time, my boots were causing some pain so they came out that afternoon and swapped them out for me. Great service, positive attitude, and solid advice.
Excellent prompt easy service
Bad customer service. Not worth the extra cost. The whole purpose of utilizing this service vs standard mountain rents is to make the process more flexible and personal. Our experience was anything but that. We booked a time the night before our first ski day to ensure we could be ready for first chair. We set a time that would ensure we be there to recieve SB.
