Rented through their new Quiver program after calling the number on their website and speaking with a representative who confirmed that I’d be able to change out the skis mid day at the Canyon Lodge Demo center, same place I picked them up from in the morning. Attempted to do this mid day and I was denied this ability. The manager refused to speak with me or own the error on behalf of their employee and make an exception. I’d never use this service again. Zero stars if possible.
This is the easiest way to rent skis. They were responsive and helpful and easy to communicate with. I will absolutely use Ski Butlers again.
AJ at Ski Butler did a great job. Fitted my wife and two daughters as well as myself. He was on time, courteous and explained the process A to Z. It made our skiing experience start off on the right foot. Thank you so much for a great fitting and rental.

Such a convenient way to rent your gear. Brought right to our room. AJ was great - patient and helpful. Quality of the equipment was better in my opinion than what you get from the mountain directly. Will use again.
