We had an amazing experience, and would highly recommend this service! Best decision we made. They came to our room to size our boots and helmets, handed over our equipment and told us we could literally leave it anywhere in the village for them to pick up once we were done. We had two amazing days of skiing/snowboarding… The equipment performed well, and although they have an offer to replace or adjust any equipment , thankfully, we didn’t need to do so. Super convenient service. Easy to reserve, they called me to advise on making an equipment change. Day of service was on-time. He brought multiple boots to try. We had left our goggles at home and he was able to go back to the shop and get some for us. Drop off couldn’t have been easier, just left everything in front of the lodge. Chris provided friendly service, attentive and available throughout the day.
Super nice people, great service start to finish, great equipment.
Incredibly easy with courteous staff. Appreciated text reminders and ease of pickup at the end. Will always use this service from now on.
