This was such an amazing and unique experience! Everything was so personalized – they had people come to fit us and make sure we had all the gear we needed. The skis were top quality, the boots fit perfectly and were incredibly comfortable, and the goggles and helmets were brand new. The staff made sure everyone in our group had everything they needed for a great time
Best place to rent skis, snowboards and winter equipment as they come to you!!! No waiting in lines! Absolute game changer! I can’t tell you how much more relaxing it is not going to a store and waiting in line feeling like you on an assembly line! The personal touch and one on one service is absolutely the best!
Fantastic and easy experience for the duration of our rentals. They met us at our AirBnb with all of our gear and extra to try if needed. I had a boot issue and Evan and Brandon met me directly in the village with 4 extra boot options waiting. This swap process took all but 5 minutes and created yet another stress free interaction. This is a no brainer option next time - 100% would rent from them again.
Ski Butlers was awesome! Top notch equipment brought right to your door and you can skip the chaos renting in the village. Didn’t have the headaches of trying to fly with everything, risk of damage, loss, etc. Rented in Winter Park recently and Evan was the dude!! Professional, knowledgeable, and quick! Our last day skiing they picked up all the gear. Couldn’t be happier!
