Pro: convenience of ski butler was great. They were in constant communication. I was able to leave the gear at the base of the mountain for them to pick up so I didn’t have to carry home, which was nice since I stayed at the mountain until 5pm. Con: they over-charged my card. I only noticed the charge on my card seemed high for a 2 day rental of basic skis (also was pushed to tip 20% without completing the service so there’s that).
