These guys rock!! Second time using them, Harrison took care of me both times. Great equipment, super responsive, deliver & pick up insanely easy. Strongly recommend.
Pro: convenience of ski butler was great. They were in constant communication. I was able to leave the gear at the base of the mountain for them to pick up so I didn’t have to carry home, which was nice since I stayed at the mountain until 5pm. Con: they over-charged my card. I only noticed the charge on my card seemed high for a 2 day rental of basic skis (also was pushed to tip 20% without completing the service so there’s that). First time using Ski Butlers! They were wonderful! Great communication! They let us know that if we wanted to try different skis or boots throughout our vacation they would be out in an hour! So friendly and helpful, and they really took into consideration our skill level and took time to make sure everything fit perfectly. I will definitely be using them again!!!
