Bus driver on route 149w in Petawawa has poked my kid, does not wait for kids to be seated before driving, doesnt stop at stop signs, and when early to the stop and sees kids coming, he will not wait. The final nail in the coffin was when my kids got on the bus and the driver smelled like weed. Kids at other stops made comments that they smelled weed to when they got on the bus. If I could give zero stars, I would. As a mother of three children who rely on Skelhorn Buslines to get to school in Petawawa, I am absolutely horrified by the treatment they’ve received – especially at the hands of a driver named Gloria Somerville. This company should be ashamed to put someone so unprofessional, rude, and downright cruel in charge of transporting children. First off, my kids are routinely VERBALLY ASSAULTED by Gloria. Garbage compny garabage operator. My kids bus driver was fired and there was no comunicaton. A week later and still nothing. When contacted as to why no notification was put out, the woman kept repeating a prepared statement that did not answer any questions or concerns. Worst bus company, worst customer service, just a garage company. Avoid sending your kids to school in Petwawa, as the bus service sucks.

My son was verbally berated, cussed out, called an FKN idiot and to shut the FK up... In front of a full bus of kids. My son was sitting beside a child that was screaming and my son was playing on his phone. The bus driver began berating my son and to "shut the FK up", while my son tried to explain to the driver that it wasn't him making the noise. I would absolutely give a 0 if it was possible. They're beyond rude and they take responsibility for NOTHING. The very first day of school, my junior kindergartener was switching sides of the seat since the kid sitting with him was going to be getting off first, and the driver blasted my son.
