Good for comparing all mortgage deals/interest rates but not much else. John is sarcastic, only interested when taking money & very often doesn't always reply to messages & emails. SMC is taking back handers from Geoffs estate agent business (who left the review below) & it clearly shows they are all in each others pockets. -Not necessarily the best independent mortgage advisor around as you are advised & can see.
