Shocking sent my mum home after a week not four weeks she has bags of medication and can’t look after herself dad doesn’t understand the medication carer not turned up yet was told 10 am they don’t even know who the carer is . I can’t get through on switchboard or ward mail box full I’m four hours away serious safeguarding I now have to raise !!!! Trying to find out what the visiting times are, but unable to navigate their automated answering system...Utter crap !
On arrival I had to ask where to go and the group of people I asked didn't know. I was shown where to go, a polite nurse call me through. Everything went as well as expected. The hospital was clean and everyone was wearing masks.
