We are trying to rent a tuxedo for a black tie wedding. We live an hour away but gladly drove to Ankeny for a fitting. I went to pick up the tux and they forgot to send the shoes and sent the wrong kind of tie. Now I have to drive another 2 hour round trip to get the things I should have gotten the first trip.

This place... do not think there are enough words to express how grateful I am for everyone at this location! I am from out of town and was traveling to DSM to be a groomsman this past weekend. My forgetful self, of course forgot my suit when I was 2.5 hours aways from home. Instead of panicking I called Ankeny Skeffington's and sure enough they pulled through and made me one happy individual.
