It's very impressive that each employee can balance 5 customers at the same time, but they really need a change of policy about this. Take care of one customer at a time, especially if they took the effort to make an actual appointment. If other customers walk in, they should wait their turn. Otherwise, everyone gets terrible service and feels rushed. Disappointed in the service we received here. We searched around for options for our wedding that we are planning from out of state and ended up going with Skeffingtons. Jennifer was a super helpful in providing all the information she could and getting the process started. Then when I got into town to try on my clothes Jaden was very accommodating! He was able to get some pieces that fit better reorder quickly and helped us come in right at close to make sure those fit correctly. Very appreciative of their support!
DO NOTTTTT go to this place if you want things to go smooth and not get lied to multiple times. My wedding is only a month away and I had to cancel everything and move all my groomsman to a totally different shop. These people are absolutely the worst to work with. The very first day my Groomsman walked in the door we set the expectations and were assured OVER AND OVER again that they can make it work. We are trying to rent a tuxedo for a black tie wedding. We live an hour away but gladly drove to Ankeny for a fitting. I went to pick up the tux and they forgot to send the shoes and sent the wrong kind of tie. Now I have to drive another 2 hour round trip to get the things I should have gotten the first trip.
