I was accustomed to the Downtown location that was fabulous. Was there also a Huntington Mall location when the mall opened? Mall shops in general weren't always as accommodating in communications especially since it was a younger crowd employed sometimes. Please confirm if Skeffingtons was in the Mall in the early 80s. I will say they serviced every wedding and most proms I was ever associated to for decades.

My first encounter with Skeffington’s was about a year ago when my friend got married and I was a groomsman. I recently used them for my own wedding and thought they were absolutely wonderful. The woman I presume to be the owner is a touch abrasive, but she is wonderfully helpful, knowledgeable, and truly cares about making people look great. My son rented a tux for prom. I noticed the hem was coming out of the pants on the way to drop him off. I didnt want to upset him, so said nothing about the hem (too late to do anything about it). Dropped it off the very next day and was charged $45 to "purchase" the pants due to "prickling" caused by dates sequins on dress. Was told "it happens a lot." We will never go back there.

would not reccommend this business to anyone. Very unprofessional and rude. Last year I returned my sons tux and nothing was said about there being a problem with the tux. A year later when my son is going to rent another tux, the owner informs him that there was damage to the pants from the year earlier and he owes her for them. We ask her how we are suppose to know a year later that those were his pants that were damaged since nothing was said when they were returned and we were never contacted. I will never go here again! they were RUDE and nothing that I said I wanted they listend to. They missed up all of my boys tuxs.. And when I told them he said well thats what I wanted it was never what I wanted its what they said looked right.. Never would i tell any of my friends to go there.. The owner alone is rude. Feel sorry for anyone that has to go there .. the colors of my tuxs throw off my whole wedding. Thanks skeffingtons for making MY DAY about what you wanted!

Thank you Skeffington's for making my wedding day! The tuxedos fit all my guys perfect. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I will recomend SKEFFINGTON's to all my friends and family for all their tuxedo needs.
