PLEASE READ. Went into their store in Yamanto on Saturday 22nd. Purchased a pair of kids Skechers Garage for $99. My son wore them Monday 24th and left the cars at home while at school for the day. He worn them for approximately 6hrs. On his arrive at home he informed me that sometime throughout the day the garage door fell off. I boxed them back up that afternoon and tried returning them Wednesday the 26th in-store. I showed the staff that the shoes were not scuffed or any marking around the missing door. Absolutely lovely stuff! Every time I go in they are always helpful and happy to have a great conversation. I always feel like they are listening to my needs and wants and are so willing to help and get as many shoes as I need. Always great to have great customer service and more places need to be like this!! 100% recommend going and will definitely be returning again soon.
