Sketchers are a great product but don't expect any customer service from the Wollongong store - almost rude. Two assistants in the shop, no other customers-zero service
Great customer service
Bought a pair of shoes that lasted 6 weeks before the sole started to come unglued, took it in, they took photos, then nothing. A pair of shoes should last longer than 6 weeks.
Great service in store. Staff memeber was very patient and eager to help when I was trying on a range of shoes and styles. Ended up walking out with amazing shoes and very pleased with the standard of customer care (above and beyond every other shoe shop).
Just walked into the Wollongong store. The guy was bouncing a ball. No one else in there. Didn’t talk to me so I walked out. 🤷♀️
