Had a bad experience with staff. We entred 40min before the closing on Saturday and staffs were very busy closing the shop. We were told they have nothing more than what's in the shelves and was reluctant to serve. Bad customer service.
I had a great experience shopping there today, Alice was lovely girl, patient try her beat to help me out to get best shoes for my family as gif, although i asked for a lot of model to try on she patiently helped me. Had the best customer service experience there. Really happy to shop there with Alice❤️🥰
We went today in store the lady was working their she is so good+ humble with customer service i come to store 3 times to buy shoes from last 6 months almost she is always their when we go she is soo good and enough knowledge about shoes she also tell the difference between shoes and always help to choose the best one . Really happy Thank you🤗
I went to skechers they called me and told me they had my size when i got there they said they didn't have my size in the style i wanted !!!! They tried to sell me something else in the style i didn't want !! They are so despite for so they can stick there shoes and now i will go and buy "adidas" shoes instead!! Don't waste my time for money !!
