Uncooperative staff with attitude
I had Victoria helping me today at Woden, and she was really helpful and knowledgeable. The store was quiet when I first arrived but her attention and helpfulness did not waiver even when 3 other customers arrived and also asked for help. Thank you Victoria.
No help by the staff member in the store. Found her very rude.
Good shoes, but very rude and unprofessional staff at Skechers Woden.
Worst customer service ever! The Belconnen staff are much better at helping out when you are looking for help especially sizes and if no luck they look to see if they can order them in for you.
