Joaquin, served me today and he was phenomenal, I am not the easiest customer but he helped me find the perfect shoe for me super quickly he was very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this shop and Joaquin again. Absolute legend!
Popped into the store last Saturday and was helped by the lovely Natalie. Despite the store being busy due to the public holidays, she still greeted everyone and was constantly helping out. Really appreciated her friendly vibe and great service! I’ll definitely be back to shop some more
Kashish is a dishonest sales assistant and lacks customer service experience. She removed the sale ticket on a display shoe in the storeroom. When questioned about the missing sale ticket upon returning from the storeroom with my daughter's size, she said the show wasn't on sale and the sale finished two days prior. When questioned about her dishonesty of removing the sale tag, she became aggressive and raised her voice in-front of my young daughter. The other sales assistant found the situation amusing.
I had a mix up with a refund from a month ago.....the lovely, capable Kiralee efficiently sorted it and money came off my Visa card on the day. Big thank you Kiralee
