I had a great experience at Skechers Tuggerah. I accidentally bought the wrong shoe size and had to return to the store to exchange it. The staff member name Quisa who assisted me was incredibly patient and helpful. Even though I asked to try several different sizes, she never hesitated to help me and made sure I found the right size for me. I bought shoes for my aunty for her 70rh birthday online. I had to exchange them for a bigger size so headed in store and the young fellow was super helpful and friendly. Ended up having to get her another style as the originals were an older style. This time, as went up 2 sizes, and ended up being too big. Went back in to drop down a size. They didn't have any but I was told that there was 1 pair left at the other Tuggerah store. Luckily, the other store could exchange them. Everytime you go in to this establishment, you don’t ever get any acknowledgment or anything from the staff, not even a bat of the eyes. Even when you go to buy a pair of shoes at the counter, they don’t even say hi or that they will be a minute nothing until they are done what they are doing. They really need to work on their customer service immediately especially being such a new store, it would be pushing people away and tarnishing the brand.
