I purchased a pair of shoes last Monday 27/4/26 in this store. I wore them one day and I noticed on Wednesday that the sole was coming off, and inside a lump appeared that injured my toes. I wore them to work, where I have to walk inside a carpet and stayed sitting most of the time. I went today 4 days after of the purchase to claim, around 1:45pm. Most useless staff. Waited 20 min for service and not once someone said I’ll be with your shortly. Then proceed to help someone else who came in after me. Never going back here again. Rubbish service
Very pleasant experience at this store! Mema (Apologies for the possible spelling mistake) went above and beyond to help me find the right shoe for work and i have no complaints! Made us feel heard and appreciated and genuinely wanted to help us! Would recommend again!
First time here, great range of shoes but it was extremely annoying to not have any prices on the majority of shoes we looked at. It is really unhelpful to see shoes I like but not be able to compare the prices upfront.. I also heard a few other customers complained about the same issue.
