Visited 17/06 - Great range of products and a well presented store. Unfortunately the customer service was lacking with the sales assistant seeming uninterested and not very friendly - he couldn’t even greet us with a smile.
Really good shop with lots of choices and good staff. The liked the pair which wasn't available in my size so the staff placed the order, and it arrived to my residence within 48 hours and no shipping was charged. I am happy with my purchase.
I live locally and went in to get my son some new school shoes and runners. I was the only customer in the store. There were two staff. A lady and young man 05/11/2025 about 4pm. The lady I recognised from the week before who was pretty annoyed I was interrupting her and the young man I hadn’t seen before. So I walk in with my kids, the lady doesn’t bother to even turn around from unpacking boxes at all through the 10 minutes I’m there looking at shoes. Awesome service. Good shoes that last. Super comfortable. Good quality socks. Great atmosphere. Really enjoyed trying on different shoes here. They have socks to try things on of you're wearing jandals. Nice and open seating area. Kind and good to talk to staff.
Went into the shop yesterday. Young lad was vaccuming the floor. Know acknowledgement. Walk behind, counted said, "Can I help you. Asked about two shoes. I said I am looking for shoes that I could stand in all day he just nodded. Put the shoes down and asked if I needed socks. I replied no . He just walked away and served someone else. I walked out.
