I received absolutely phenomenal customer service today from Sara. The store was super busy and she was all by herself but she handled it brilliantly. She is an absolute powerhouse - people need to learn from her!
I’m not one to usually make such a public opinion, But I think the girls (and boys) at this store need to be recognised! I’ve been into the tweed heads store quite a few times over the years but recently the customer service in there has sky rocketed!!! I’ve never met a team of people so up beat and ready to attend to customers. Without fail everytime I’m there its all smiles and even though I’m picky, they take the time to find something that works for me. Hats off to whoever’s running the show. You’ve showed them well 👏
My wife and I went into Skechers recently and received not only exceptional customer service, but two pairs of shoes that fit like a glove and feel amazing, the two ladies working there that day were so lovely, very bright smiles, very welcoming asking how our day was and too be very honest we are some hard customers, picky in what we like and what we don't like, but even then the smiles never left all while helping multiple customers as well, we weren't able to catch their names but amazing job lady's keep it up👍
I would like to congratulate the young lady's who work in Skechers I've been in there a couple times and every time they've been busy with customers, but they always make sure to give everyone the best customer service. They're friendly, welcoming, and always have a smile on their face greeting us as we walk in.
Disgusting Customer Service both times I've been in there. The first time my husband had a knee replacement, we waited 20 mins but everyone was served before us. I had to go up and ask for help. The second time was on last Saturday, I needed some shoes for work. We were the only customers in the store, the worker was behind the counter, it took her 10 mins to ask me if I needed help and that was only because, I said to my husband, we need to leave. I just put the shoes back and walked out, I will never go back to that store.
