Jason was really amazing! really knows his stuff. Jason took his time to understand pur needs and helped us find the right shoes at the right price. Great service, excellent communication skills, kind and respectful. High praises to him. Highly recommend!
Always great service. However, was extremely short staffed with multiple customers waiting including my family whilst I was there. Definitely not employee's fault, she handled things well, considering the amount of people in the store.
Visited Skechers today to replace my daughter’s shoes she’d grown out of. Service was excellent and the team member handled both myself and another customer effortlessly and clearly knew his sizing. I was in and out quickly, which is always appreciated. Every visit to Skechers Toowoomba has been a great experience.
