I visited today specifically to purchase a pair of shoes I had seen on your website, but I left empty-handed due to the complete lack of professional engagement from your staff. While I was trying to get assistance, two employees remained behind the register chatting with each other. When I finally engaged a younger staff member to ask if she could measure my son's foot, I was met with a dismissive comment that "all sizes are different."
