There is always lovely staff with great customer service every-time I go there. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the person that assisted me today but thank you for the recommendation 🤍
I don't understand why you don't train your staff to give customer service. To go in spent 20min in store trying on shoes, finding my size and purchasing. No interaction with me at all except take my money. I asked a question that couldn't be answered, so they are not trained with product knowledge. I will go to the Plaza from now on where I know I will get the service required. I feel sorry for the new young lady that has just started.
I'm super confused how this place is an outlet store with it's prices.
Elle was super helpful from the moment I walked into the store. While I was testing and trying out shoes, she was assisting other people all over the store! Elle gave great advice and went above and beyond for everyone. Thanks Elle 👍
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Skechers, all thanks to Madi! She was incredibly patient and helpful while helping us find the perfect shoes for both my grandma and my little brother—which is no easy task. Grandma found something super comfortable, and my brother got exactly what he wanted. On top of the amazing service, Madi made sure we got the absolute best prices and discounts available. If you're shopping here, definitely look for Madi. She goes above and beyond! We will definitely be back.
