Great experience today being served by Damien! Didn't quite find what I was looking for in sandels/thongs but I ordered them online after I got the correct size instore. Still walked out with a pair of sneakers & socks. Refreshing to find such great service
Went into the store at approx 11.30 guy serving took ages to offer help. He then bought the shoes iin box and left. .my huaband sat for a long time while he went to serv someone else who came in after us. We got so fed up we decided to walk acros the way to Williams where we got good service and spent $200. Went back across to sketchers and told the guy he had lost tthe sale for sketchers and his attitude was one of so what could not care less.
