My son loves the light up shoes and says they are really comfy. Customer service on this particular day could be better though. The staff did not seem to want to be there, they did ask if we needed assistance, however, there was no smile or no service in helping my child with the shoes to see if they fit or the correct size. There was no one else in the store at the time. Last time we bought there staff were great, this time they could benefit from some more training.
Wouldn’t let me return a pair of shoes that hadn’t even left the box… the only time I wore them was when I tried them on in store. I had all original packaging and receipts. They were visibly unworn. Not happy will not be shopping here again.

Big shoutout to Mackenzie! She was so helpful and so patient with my husband and I. She was so lovely to have a conversation with. It's is so rare these days to find staff that actually want to engage with you and for that we will definitely be back in the future, thank you again, and Merry Christmas, keep up the great work.
