I visited the store 15/9 and I have wide feet..Steph was such a great help, went out of her way to find shoes that fitted and made me feel comfortable as I am shy of my wide large feet. Thanks Steph for being so awesome!!
My son loves the light up shoes and says they are really comfy. Customer service on this particular day could be better though. The staff did not seem to want to be there, they did ask if we needed assistance, however, there was no smile or no service in helping my child with the shoes to see if they fit or the correct size. There was no one else in the store at the time. Last time we bought there staff were great, this time they could benefit from some more training.
Wouldn’t let me return a pair of shoes that hadn’t even left the box… the only time I wore them was when I tried them on in store. I had all original packaging and receipts. They were visibly unworn. Not happy will not be shopping here again.
Sketchers Robina customer service is Excellent! 4 visits to this store and everytime the service is brilliant, thank you Sharon and your co worker. The shoes are the best too ! Scott Charles and Kerry
