I bought two pairs of Skechers yesterday right before closing. Big thanks to Syed, who really went out of his way to find us the right size and pair. He's the best person to deal with whenever you're at the Parramatta store. Thanks for 🎁 gift Syed.

Terrible customer service, the lady was so consumed by her own image in the mirror to notice customers. When I asked if something was in stock elsewhere, she didn't bother checking. Found the right size online.
Experienced terrible customer service today on 22 July 2026 at the Parramatta Skechers store. I went into this store around 2.30pm to show a pair of shoes and receipt, which I bought 4 months ago which slowly started to tear or peel off on top part of both the shoes. There was a female staff (blonde hair) and a young male staff. Both dismissed my concerns, they said the male staff also wears the same shoes and he had no issues, said that my shoes must have been rubbing against each other when I walk or may be something happe... read more
