Terrible customer service, the lady was so consumed by her own image in the mirror to notice customers. When I asked if something was in stock elsewhere, she didn't bother checking. Found the right size online.
Experienced terrible customer service today on 22 July 2026 at the Parramatta Skechers store. I went into this store around 2.30pm to show a pair of shoes and receipt, which I bought 4 months ago which slowly started to tear or peel off on top part of both the shoes. There was a female staff (blonde hair) and a young male staff. Both dismissed my concerns, they said the male staff also wears the same shoes and he had no issues, said that my shoes must have been rubbing against each other when I walk or may be something happe... read more
Couple of times I went there to return my online pirchased shoes and I mist say the staff were very helpful, thank you guys👍
Need serious training on customer service
Went in on Sunday 1pm to purchase 2 pairs of shoes and Syed provided great service while answering all my questions while narrowing down to the shoes I needed. No regrets purchasing from this store.
