Iv'e been here 3 times to buy shoes for myself and my 4yo boy. The staff were very patient and helpful on all occasions.
I typically place orders online from various retailers to pick up in-store. Generally, it requires a few hours to prepare and collect the order. Yesterday, I placed an order from this retailer as it was available. However, it's the end of the next day and the order is still pending. I'm quite dissatisfied with the online service.
Today I came here to pick up my shoes, and I interacted with an Asian staff member (I’m sorry to describe her that way because I don’t know her name). The service was shockingly poor. She was completely unenthusiastic, showed zero friendliness, and didn’t even bother to say "thank you". Instead, when I politely said "thank you", she replied with "that’s ok", which was incredibly rude and unacceptable. Don’t I also deserve a "thank you" from your staff?
