We spoke with Liv at Pakky Sketchers and they were extremely helpful and clearly knew what they was doing. They were happy to help us try a number of different shoes to find the ones we needed. Will definitely return in the future. Thank you Liv
I will never enter this store again, rude young staff on the weekends who stand around talking to friends instead of working, totally ignoring the customers, I was there to spend on shoes for my kids for school. Hire good staff who do their job.
Good quick service
Bad customer service. The lady who was slim fit and had blonde hair was very rude. I was about to buy 2 pairs but then changed my mind . Its better to buy online rather than listening to her harsh words.
I had a very disappointing experience with my recent purchase from Skechers. I bought a pair of shoes online, but they turned out to be faulty the back cushion kept sliding down while I was wearing them, causing significant discomfort. When I raised this issue with the staff, I was told that I was wearing the shoes incorrectly and that this movement was expected because I purchased a lower-range model.
