I will never enter this store again, rude young staff on the weekends who stand around talking to friends instead of working, totally ignoring the customers, I was there to spend on shoes for my kids for school. Hire good staff who do their job.
Good quick service
Bad customer service. The lady who was slim fit and had blonde hair was very rude. I was about to buy 2 pairs but then changed my mind . Its better to buy online rather than listening to her harsh words.
I had a very disappointing experience with my recent purchase from Skechers. I bought a pair of shoes online, but they turned out to be faulty the back cushion kept sliding down while I was wearing them, causing significant discomfort. When I raised this issue with the staff, I was told that I was wearing the shoes incorrectly and that this movement was expected because I purchased a lower-range model. Very bad customer service was provided by a young lady. Eh emust learn some customer services. W were buying a pair of shoes. She was not interested to take the money. She first wanted to know why the pairs are on the floor. Of course we will try some then we finalised which is good for feet. If I ask can I please get another pair of this shoe. She replied rudely. No smile no good customer service. I would like to give zero star if there is option
