Just visited the Sketchers shop in Pac Fair. What a nightmare! No manager on. Was sent there by another store to swap some shoes out for my son because they stopped flashing after 2 weeks to be told they no longer had that shoe in stock, I requested a similar shoe so we could just swap them out and was given a shoe that was $30 more expensive.
