Was served by the most bubbliest lovely young lady today at Sketchers, very helpful as I don’t buy a lot of running shoes, but wanting to get back into it and she was extremely patient with all my questions! I believe her name was Jessica, very rare to have such great customer service in this day! I will be recommending shopping here to all family and friends!
Just visited the Sketchers shop in Pac Fair. What a nightmare! No manager on. Was sent there by another store to swap some shoes out for my son because they stopped flashing after 2 weeks to be told they no longer had that shoe in stock, I requested a similar shoe so we could just swap them out and was given a shoe that was $30 more expensive.
