I had a recent ankle injury so I stopped in to look at some options. I was served by Annie and couldn’t be more impressed. Thank you for your time, exceptional customer service, knowledge and making sure I was happy with my choice. It’s rare to receive such genuine customer service these days. Great customer service! Brock (if I am not mistaken) was really helpful and kind from the moment we stepped into the store. We were very indecisive and kept going back and forth with sizes but he was super patient with us which we appreciate! Thank you and we’ll definitely be back
Staff were mediocre. I've been trying to not settle for things I'm unsure about and when I had decided the shoe wasn't the right fit for me I felt a slight shift in attitude from the staff. Like she was just like bye, Felicia. The wide fit shoe was still too narrow. If you are looking for a wide supportive shoe it is 100% worth going to Athletes Foot or other for a proper fit check and they didn't make me feel like poo when I couldn't afford the only option left (another pro tip, don't go shoe shopping during back to school ... read more
