The shop assistant was very patient and helpful. I had some problems finding my size, she was just patiently (with a smile) letting me try different pairs and made recommendations till I got the right pairs.

Didn’t have a pair of shoes I wanted in my size on Thursday, but they found them in Bundoora and told me they’d be kept there for me to pick up. Went to Bundoora: they didn’t have the shoes in my size either and said they were never even contacted by Skechers Northland about it. Was again in Northland today and asked the manager there what happened: she didn’t care, brushed me off…
Was served today by a very efficient and knowledgeable young woman today,Ava.She was helpful, calm and demonstrated incredible composure whilst serving multiple customers whilst giving 100% attention to each.
