Hayley was wonderful and is an asset this business. She is very knowledgeable and showed genuine interest in having a chat while assisting me. I was with my partner and son who accompanied me to get my shoes. When she was finished helping me , she thoughtfully asked both my partner and son if they were interested in trying any shoes on. Well done on being customer focused and upselling a second pair of shoes without being pushy.
Great service very patient and good product knowledge. Sound advice on which shoes would best serve my needs. Super friendly and helpful staff thank you.
Amazingly patient staff!! I’m the nightmare customer that tries on 10 pairs of shoes and buys 1. They smiled and laughed with me the whole time. Thanks 🙏
