After visiting two other shoe stores in search of arch-support shoes with little customer service, I walked into Skechers Mt Ommaney and was greeted immediately by Charlee. She was incredibly helpful and recommended the perfect pair. Even though she was working alone, nothing was too much trouble — I left as a very happy customer!
WOW !!!! I just walked into Skechers at mount ommaney and was served by the most amazing shop assistant Charlie, she was incredible so attentive, friendly knowledgeable and professional. She was there on her own and was multi tasking between 3 or 4 separate customers and doing a wonderful job. I work in retail myself and value good customer service like this as it can be rare to find these days. Charlie is an asset to the business and Skechers is very lucky to have her as an employee. The store is amazing and what makes it a truly 5* store is the amazing staff. I forgot the name of the person who helped me find the right shoe. He is a tall, curly haired bespectacled person. Please convey my highest regards to that person for helping me out. I was looking for a specific shoe that was on sale but unfortunately that wasn't available in my size at that store.
