I paid $149 for shoes, wore them out of the shop, walked two blocks, looked down and noticed one toe end was white and other was cream! Store will not exchange or refund as they were “worn”. Terrible customer service, will never shop there again and definitely do not recommend it. They told me it’s my fault as I left the store. Obviously lighting is not good in store or the assistant didn’t care about selling two different shoes. As an older person with eyesight not excellent I feel completely ripped off!

The manager and her workers are really good and have the patience of saints. It took several visits before my child decided on which sneakers to purchase. The staff were attentive and helpful - couldn't ask for better service.
