Visited this store for the 1st time and the staff were very rude. Didnt acknowledge us or ask if we needed a hand once. We browsed for about 5 minutes then walked out. One staff stood at counter staring at us. The other staff did the same and they chatted to eachother. They both looked cranky and didnt look friendly. To me that is not how a retail worker should be. Customer service is rather poor. I prefer to enter a store with better service wont be going back to this store.
Dropped in today service from Kim was outstanding Kim was just super helpful and helped me get the right fit and shoe. Thanks heaps
I waited 20mins patiently because one staff member working, was busy understandably. I was next to be served and was ignored for someone else who just walked in. I would only give 0 Star rating if I could. You need a better system to serve staff who need help, like taking number system or something.
Absolutely amazing service from Kimberly. Went above and beyond. Store was packed and she kept her customer service to highest standards. Accomodating everyone in store. Thank you
