My family and I visited the Skechers store at Mildura Central on 9 July 2027 at around 10:00 a.m. There were two staff members working. One staff member was busy assisting customers and was friendly and professional. The other staff member was not serving anyone, yet she did not greet us or acknowledge us in any way. Great selection and some great specials
I went into the Mildura store no one asked if I need assistance just ignored me I went to the counter asking about shoes I had seen online. She told me to look around and continue doing what she was doing there were 3 staff members in there not one would help me. I just walked out the shop I will never shop in there again and I'm always buying your shoes not one pair usually a couple of pairs.
Bought a pair of Thongs for my partner 12mths ago and they cost $100.Today the cord that goes between your toes broke off at Platform.Now totally useless.Wont be shopping at Sketchers again.Extremly disappointed.
