I visited your Marion store today and the customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff member who assisted me acted as though i were an inconvenience. Shed asked if i wanted wide or regular fit & I asked about the difference between the two, she said, I don’t know. I have no idea. I then asked whether the shoe I was holding was wide or regular, and again she said she had no idea and told me I’d have to show her the tag in a rude and dismissive tone. Hey Sketchers team. I was in your Marion store today at about 1:30pm and the customer service was almost non existent. Not even a greeting as we walked in. I went to the attendant to tell her “hey there, I’d just like help with sizing of a shoe” I was told by her to “just get the shoes, bring them to me and I’ll look it up.” She didn’t even move from the position behind the computer 😂 So as per her request I brought them to her. Friendly and very helpful staff. I feel, for me, its better to pay a bit more for comfortable shoes. Recommend

Very unprofessional, racist and rude. We were standing first in the line and still ignored us, and called a lady who came after us. Had to practically call her when she was doing nothing. Had a very bad experience. Wouldn't recommend at all. Today at 12/03/26 # 1815
