Dear Skechers Australia Customer Care Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the rude and unhelpful behaviour of staff at one of your Skechers stores in Australia. During our recent visit, we attended the store with our child to exchange an item. The staff were unwilling to assist us properly and refused to check available sizes. Would not get my size in and had to get them on line
Slack service, walked into the store- no one else was in the store. No greeting, or even looked at me. Seems like they were on their phones. I ended up walking away, lost a sale from me.
