Dear Skechers Australia Customer Care Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the rude and unhelpful behaviour of staff at one of your Skechers stores in Australia. Would not get my size in and had to get them on line
Slack service, walked into the store- no one else was in the store. No greeting, or even looked at me. Seems like they were on their phones. I ended up walking away, lost a sale from me.
Young lady was quiet till myself and four other ladies walked in, absolutely smashed it bouncing happily around to everyone all at once , fantastic service, even went out of her way to make sure I was getting the best price. 10/10. 15/11/24. Didn't catch a name, give that last a gold stamp.
