I went into the Launceston store today. I was greeted by a lovely salesperson called Malumbo. She was absolutely fantastic. I saw some wonderful shoes in the window that drew me in. Malumbo was so helpful and thoughtful about my disability issues. Then my mother came in and she needed shoes aswell but she had completely different needs to me and I found her so helpful to both of us. I had to get another shop assistant to write her name down for me as it's not an easy name to remember. A person like Malumbo is a wonderful ass... read more
