I returned a pair of Skechers for exchange for a different size/style to Skechers , Knox, Victoria. Jess went above & beyond regarding offering me alternative options for my exchange. The pair I decided on were not in stock so she arranged to have them delivered to my home address at no cost. Jess's outstanding customer service is to be applauded.

I went to purchase a pair of sandals, when I wanted a specific size the sales lady said it’s unavailable and kept trying to sell me the bigger size. When I called other stores they all said that the size was available at Knox. When I contacted Knox the same lady picked up the phone and insisted that they didn’t have the size I wanted.
