After leaving another store with shoes I didn't really want, I had a fantastic experience with the staff at Skechers Karingal. They listened to my issues, and I was able to leave with the best possible outcome, even though they didn't create the issue. I will definitely be returning here for my future Skechers purchases after such a positive experience.
Was standing holding a shoe while two staff were focusing on one customer. I finally got the attention of the female who reluctantly answered a few questions and when I asked her which other ones were on sale she said " I'd have to look at the bottom of all the shoes" Well I'm sorry I inconvenience her but I didn't bother I didn't appreciate the whole experience..her attitude was bordering on rude This was Thursday 21 May around 2.30pm.
Disappointing experience at Karingal Hub Frankston store. Staff behaviour was rude and showed an unprofessional attitude. When I requested to cancel my in-store order, my request was refused and no proper assistance was provided. Overall, very poor customer service.
Just been into this store to make a warranty claim for a pair of thongs that snapped at the toe, these were given to me at Christmas 2025, so are only 4 months old, I had the reciept and just wanted to exchange them. The lady was nice enough, but I was told I had worn them too much and that they should not be worn everyday, these are supposed to be high quality shoes which I wear around the house. I come here to buy affordable work shoes for my new work and I feel very upset with the service especially the sales assistant in hijab, she was rude and not interested when I ask questions (I know I ask many, but still). This store had no customers, so I think staff would give more attention. But every question I ask feel like issue for her. They did not have my size anyway.
