Great experience. Had to return two pairs of shoes as they were a bit too small and Jessa handled everything with no fuss. Typical me, I had smashed up the boxes as soon as I got home, which made an exchange tricky but Jessa came up with a solution. Great shoes, great service = great company.
Needed to exchange wrong size shoes. Done quickly and pleasantly thank you.
Went in with 3 shop attendees present, no other shoppers in store. They were talking to each other and didn't even say hello. We decided not to spend our money there and left. Only reason I give it 2 stars is due to the sale. Were in there for a good 5 to 10mins so they had ample time. Just really disappointed.
