Had the worst customer service ever. I would have rated it zero if there was an option. I walked in at Sketchers Indooroopilly store on Tuesday the 11th of August. My 83 year old mother and I were the only customers in the shop. A young arrogant and unprofessional sales girl stood at the counter and only approached us when I asked for assistance. Great experience. Had to return two pairs of shoes as they were a bit too small and Jessa handled everything with no fuss. Typical me, I had smashed up the boxes as soon as I got home, which made an exchange tricky but Jessa came up with a solution. Great shoes, great service = great company.
Needed to exchange wrong size shoes. Done quickly and pleasantly thank you.
